My New eBay Store

Image
Anything Avenue I'm very excited about the opening of my new eBay store!  It took many hours to create the look and feel of the store, and many more to add inventory. Currently, the inventory posted offers buyers 25 items. My goal is to have 25 more items added by the end of March. By the year's end, my goal is that my new baby will grow into a full-blown online store.  The store's inventory is a mix of new and used clothing, various forms of media, beauty products, collectibles, and more. We currently have eight categories of products and will be adding more soon.  I need your help! Follow my store and subscriber to receive coupons, first-hand info about items on sale, close-outs, and updates on new inventory.  Feedback is helpful. If you visit the store, please leave a comment on this blog site.  My Sales Background   After a 20 year career at a large corporation, I held various jobs and operated two businesses. What's On Your Bucket List?

Image
When the term "bucket list' became a popular phrase, I renamed my list of short-term and long-term goals. You guessed it. The new name became the bucket list.  My bucket list is what keeps my life interesting! As I move forwarding accomplishing my wants and desires, I often add another item to that list. I once read (online) that when you create your list, it should contain 101 things. That sounds like a big order! I still don't have 101 things on my list, but I do add new things pretty regularly.  My list started with the things I wished for as a teenager. I dreamed many times of an African Safari during my high school years. At age 15, I became obsessed with parachuting. These are two of the wants I have yet to achieve, and two that still remain on my bucket list.  My bucket list still has a long way to go. Here's a few things from the list I wish to accomplish:  An Alaskan cruise and tour Complete the Columbus Coffee Trail Learn to belly dance Hold a tiger or lion...

My Letter to President Zelensky

My Letter to President Zelensky President Zelensky,  I admire your courageous actions against Russia. You have stood-up to one of the world's most fierce leaders. We are all watching as you bravely protect your country and its great people.  You acted in a civil manner when Russia pointed its missiles at the Ukraine b ecause you are a man of integrity and decency. However, I deeply regret that you overlooked the fact that you were, and still are, dealing with a man that is an emotionally crippled psychopath. Make no mistake, I am talking about President Putin.  It is too late to remind you that Putin is a warrior of high intelligence. His KGB background and political experience has well prepared him to forge forward into battle to rebuild the Iron Curtain. However, Putin's narcissism caused him to miss the fact that the world is bigger than Putin.   Mr Zelensky, your eyes were not wide open.  The obvious threats have been present since late 2021 when Russia...

Death Does NOT Become Her

Each life experience changes the things that lie within the deepest chambers of our hearts and the inner core of our souls. Among those experiences is the death of a person that you loved more than most.  January 1, 2020, the clock struck the hour of "death" and the bad news was delivered. My brother was found dead in his bathtub. My mother was in her room on the second story, oblivious to the passing of her only son.  Earlier that day, my brother's neighbors noticed a build-up of deliveries on his front porch, and the mail had started to accumulate. One of those neighbors decided to investigate the scene. He went up to the door, knocked, rang the bell, approached the side door and slider, but to no avail. The windows were locked, and nothing could be seen from the outside.  The police were summoned. Upon arrival, they banged on the doors, yelled out, but no reply, no signs of life. They decided to force entry. The odor of death was in the air as they yelled out the word ...
